IEEE International On-Line Testing Symposium, July 10-12, in Como,
Italy.
During the symposium, YOGITECH will present the paper «Fault-robust
microcontrollers for automotive applications» in
the Reliable systems session. The paper describes the most recent
updates on the application of faultRobust technology in microcontrollers
for automotive applications, with reference to the Philips SJA2510
embedding an ARM968 CPU. The development activity was held under
the supervision of TÜV-SÜD.
Riccardo Mariani, CTO of YOGITECH, will also participate
to a panel on “Reliability in Automotive”, focused on
